Service and eligibility

Service Spark offers website software for home-service businesses and agencies. You must be authorized to act for the business you register and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your site's content, legal compliance, and account access.

Plans and payment

Prices, billing intervals, trial periods, and included features are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. You may cancel through your account; access continues until the end of the paid period unless the plan states otherwise.

Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the material you upload and grant us permission to host and display it to operate your site. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious material or attempt to disrupt the service. Demo content is illustrative and must be replaced or reviewed before public launch.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, external providers, and events beyond our control can affect availability. Features may change; material plan changes will be communicated where required by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for nonpayment, security risks, or violations of these terms, subject to any applicable grace period. On cancellation, you should export your content before access ends.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, or revenue. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us first to resolve a dispute. These terms are governed by Florida law unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
